Alveobloc is a physically crosslinked polyolefin foam manufactured through a four-stage process: extrusion, crosslinking, foaming, and lamination. The laminated roll-foam product offers outstanding processing performance, supported by a uniform cell and layer structure.
It can be converted directly without pre-treatment and features an attractive, vibrant surface finish. Alveobloc is suitable for use with process skins or as complete blocks, meeting diverse application requirements through its wide range of available properties and types.
